Hibiscus Valley Inn is a Swedish owned guesthouse with a Dominican family atmosphere. With no close neighbours, we are situated in a peaceful and calm area by the rainforest and the beautiful river-pools of the Pagua river. I booked my trip to be with a traveling group, but because with to few traveler’s it was cancelled. The agency then made a own schedule just for me! Great job Gr\u00e4nsl\u00f6sa Resor!!<\/p>\n

I’ll spend 9 days at Hibiscus Valley Inn in a lovely cottage with a wonderful view of the surroundings and great meals. Had some nice schedules exploring trips with other guests.<\/p>\n

But the best days were when the owner, Miss Nora, took me on here round trip around the island! Sometimes just to see the real-life at Dominica, do some shopping to the hotel, etc, which I love (to see the real life) or just enjoy nice places to see. This is High-Level Customer Care!<\/p>\n

We also went for a night out at a local karaoke bar. During our stay we enjoyed breakfasts served by Rita and dinners made by superman Nigel! Of course we also tried the rum punches in the bar.<\/p>\n

We weren’t looking for sand and drinks but a real local look-see. Thanks to Nigel, Nora, Rita, Sam, Kai,Happy & Scotty (& others) we felt so at home. With Typical Island friendliness, and a flexible morning schedule we meandered from river rafting to bathing in the many Island waterfalls.<\/p>\n

Lovely place right in the middle of Dominica\u00b4s beautiful nature. I stayed in one of the tree bungalow\u00b4s which had a queen size bed and a decent size bathroom. It is really like living right in the middle of nature! Simply fantastic!! Those who love nature will also love this accommodation. Nice simple bungalows in the middle of the green. I loved my stay at Hibiscus Valley Inn! It has everything I wanted in a vacation in Dominica: the setting, the wonderful meals, the tours that were offered. The staff is thoughtful and kind, and as many other reviewers have commented, Nigel is an incredible chef. I stayed in a cabin, which was basic as I expected but very comfortable. I usually like to travel independently and don’t tend to book tours, but driving in Dominica is not for the faint of heart, and the guides we met were just wonderful. We did things I would have never done by myself, like a hike into the woods where we cooked lunch on an open fire by the river. Other highlights were Titou Gorge, Indian River, Kalinago Barana Aute and Emerald Pool. Hibiscus Valley Inn makes it very easy to explore the island, and at the same time has none of the ‘corporate’ feel that you get in resorts. Staying at Hibiscus Valley Inn was like staying at a family home, instead of some large impersonal box hotel. The whole place just has a good feel to it and it vibes very well with the surrounding nature. During my evening time, the dinners at Hibiscus Valley Inn were filled with awesome local cuisine, fresh ingredients, and absolutely delicious food! I will return to Dominica at some point in the future, but there will only be one hotel I will stay in, and that would be here.<\/p>\n

I booked my trip to be with a traveling group, but because with to few traveler’s it was cancelled. The agency then made a own schedule just for me! Great job Gr\u00e4nsl\u00f6sa Resor!!<\/p>\n

I’ll spend 9 days at Hibiscus Valley Inn in a lovely cottage with a wonderful view of the surroundings and great meals. Had some nice schedules exploring trips with other guests.<\/p>\n

But the best days were when the owner, Miss Nora, took me on here round trip around the island! Sometimes just to see the real-life at Dominica, do some shopping to the hotel, etc, which I love (to see the real life) or just enjoy nice places to see. This is High-Level Customer Care!<\/p>\n

We weren’t looking for sand and drinks but a real local look-see. Thanks to Nigel, Nora, Rita, Sam, Kai,Happy & Scotty (& others) we felt so at home. With Typical Island friendliness, and a flexible morning schedule we meandered from river rafting to bathing in the many Island waterfalls.<\/p>\n

Lovely place right in the middle of Dominica\u00b4s beautiful nature. I stayed in one of the tree bungalow\u00b4s which had a queen size bed and a decent size bathroom. It is really like living right in the middle of nature! Simply fantastic!! Those who love nature will also love this accommodation. Nice simple bungalows in the middle of the green. I loved my stay at Hibiscus Valley Inn! It has everything I wanted in a vacation in Dominica: the setting, the wonderful meals, the tours that were offered. The staff is thoughtful and kind, and as many other reviewers have commented, Nigel is an incredible chef. I stayed in a cabin, which was basic as I expected but very comfortable. I usually like to travel independently and don’t tend to book tours, but driving in Dominica is not for the faint of heart, and the guides we met were just wonderful. We did things I would have never done by myself, like a hike into the woods where we cooked lunch on an open fire by the river. Other highlights were Titou Gorge, Indian River, Kalinago Barana Aute and Emerald Pool. Hibiscus Valley Inn makes it very easy to explore the island, and at the same time has none of the ‘corporate’ feel that you get in resorts. Place<\/strong>: The Pagua River runs right next to the Hibiscus Valley Inn hotel, which has water that is absolutely pristine and untouched. Swim in it!!!
Staying at Hibiscus Valley Inn was like staying at a family home, instead of some large impersonal box hotel. The whole place just has a good feel to it and it vibes very well with the surrounding nature. During my evening time, the dinners at Hibiscus Valley Inn were filled with awesome local cuisine, fresh ingredients, and absolutely delicious food! I will return to Dominica at some point in the future, but there will only be one hotel I will stay in, and that would be here.<\/p>\n

With seven floors of striking architecture, UMoMA shows exhibitions of international contemporary art, sometimes along with art historical retrospectives. Existential, political and philosophical issues are intrinsic to our programme. The exhibitions are produced by UMoMA in collaboration with artists and museums around the world and they often attract international attention.
